Why HOAs approve this and reject every other flood light
Most security floodlights are 200-watt LED panels bolted to the corner of your house. They are loud during the day and brutal at night. Half the HOAs in the country have rules against them. The other half have rules they enforce when neighbors complain.
TruLight security mode runs on the same lights you already have for accent. During the day, the system is invisible. At night, the lights run a soft warm white. When motion triggers a sensor, the assigned zone flashes bright white. After motion stops, the zone returns to warm ambient.
Because the lighting is integrated and replaces the bolt-on flood light entirely, HOAs approve it as a security enhancement to permanent lighting, not as new outdoor fixtures.
